Welcome to Velontera ("Company", "we", "our", "us")! These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of our website located at velontera.com (together or individually "Service") and enrollment in our Remote Team Management Course ("Course").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Course Enrollment and Payment

2.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in our Course.

2.2. Enrollment: Upon enrollment in our Course, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your name, email address, and payment details. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

2.3. Payment: Payment for the Course must be made in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified in a payment plan. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

2.4. Taxes: Course fees do not include any taxes, levies, duties, or similar governmental assessments that may apply to your purchase.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1. Course Materials: All Course materials, including but not limited to videos, presentations, documents, templates, frameworks, and other content ("Materials") are the property of Velontera or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3.2. License: Upon enrollment and payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

3.3. Restrictions: You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of the Materials
Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access the Course through your account
Use the Materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Velontera
Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Materials

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

4.1. Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Service and Course only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4.2. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:

Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks connected to the Service
Harass, abuse, or harm another person through the Service

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Course after completing the first two modules, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your enrollment date.

5.2. Refund Process: To request a refund, you must contact us at [email protected] within the 14-day period and provide a reason for your dissatisfaction.

5.3. Ineligibility for Refund: You will not be eligible for a refund if:

You have completed more than the first two modules of the Course
You request a refund after the 14-day period has expired
You have violated these Terms of Service

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Service and Course are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Velontera expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6.2. No Guarantees: We do not guarantee any specific results from the use of our Service or completion of our Course.

6.3. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Velontera, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
Any content obtained from the Service
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

7. Termination

7.1. Termination by Velontera: We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

7.2. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If your account is terminated for your breach of these Terms, you may not be entitled to a refund.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
